1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BetVisa Bangladesh website, mobile app and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms;
  • Agree to be legally bound by them; and
  • Accept the Privacy Policy, Bonus/Promotion Rules, and any additional rules published on the site from time to time.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

BetVisa reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published on the site. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use BetVisa Bangladesh, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old, or above the legal age for online betting in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher).
  2. Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
  3. Not be prohibited from gambling by any law or court order.
  4. Not be self-excluded or excluded by BetVisa.

By creating an account, you confirm that all of the above statements are true. BetVisa may request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be underage or provide false information, your account may be closed and your winnings may be voided.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games, you must register an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information (name, date of birth, contact details, etc.).
  • Use only one account on the Platform. Multiple or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • Keep your username, password and other login details confidential.
  • Not allow any third party to use your account.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account, including deposits, bets, withdrawals and participation in promotions.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed by someone else, you must notify BetVisa Support immediately.

4. Verification (KYC) and Security Checks

BetVisa may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and other security checks at any time. You may be asked to provide documents such as:

  • Government-issued ID or passport
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)
  • Proof of payment method ownership (card, wallet, bank account)

Failure to provide requested documents or providing false/fake documents may result in:

  • Account suspension or closure
  • Wagers being voided
  • Winnings and bonuses being confiscated
  • Reporting to relevant authorities, if required

BetVisa also reserves the right to review your account for signs of:

  • Fraud or payment abuse
  • Money laundering or other illegal activities
  • Bonus abuse or unfair advantage
  • Collusion, match-fixing or cheating

We may suspend your account and freeze balances while investigations are ongoing.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms and any product-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and BetVisa regarding the use of the Platform, and replace any previous agreements or understandings.
